A person who desires to obtain a license shall be required to submit an application in the following format: (a) To produce motion picture in the format as per Schedule-1.
(b) To distribute motion picture in the format as per Schedule-2.
(c) To exhibit motion picture in the format as per Schedule -3.
(d) To operate cinema hall by constructing the same in the format as per Schedule-4
